Beautiful beach access was a highlight of our stay.

We encountered several issues during our 7-night stay. The towels were not changed for six days, and it was disappointing to find the staff unfriendly and unhelpful when we needed assistance. the lack of communication regarding power cuts left us feeling unsafe and in the dark.

What an absoluteley disappointing experience at this so-called hotel! The food was a complete disaster, just day-old leftovers, and the cleanliness of the place was concerning. I expected at least a small gesture to address these issues, but clearly, that was too much to ask. I almost wrote a good review, but just couldn’t.

Everything! Friendly and accommodating staff, varied dining options, relaxing pool area!

Family with children will have fun

The pool area, big enough to freely swim around, was clean and well-maintained, never too crowded. I also enjoyed an evening of live music, where I got lost in some unexpected folk dances, made me feel alive among strangers.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still acceptable for the experience.

the pool area is super nice and big, and there were always sun beds available which is gr8! the staff were friendly and welcoming, really felt like home. also, the view from the balcony was stunning, especially with those cute cats hanging around. the restaurant served some tasty food, it was better than many 3 places I've been to. overall, very clean and comfy.

Loved the chill pool area, clean vibes all around, and our room had a fab view! Really enjoyed the lively dance nights, fun!

Staff at the hotel were welcoming, and the pool area was exceptionally tidy with ample sunbeds. The food options surprised us with their quality, particularly the Greek dishes available during dinner. the shower pressure in our room could have been better, and daily cleaning felt a bit rushed.

The pool area was clean and spacious, and the drinks at the bar were refreshing. It’s just a short 5-minute walk to the beautiful beach, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. 😊

Nothing to improve upon.

The ambiance is pleasant with friendly staff who genuinely aim to enhance your experience. The pool area offers a relaxing retreat with enough sunbeds for lounging. the room was disappointing, featuring outdated furniture and a problematic shower setup that led to water pooling. While the breakfast options were adequate, the overall dining experience left something to be desired due to a lack of variety.

Unfortunately, the food quality left much to be desired. it was often served cold and lacked variety, making dining at the hotel less enjoyable. The bathroom in our room had a consistent issue with water pooling due to a faulty shower setup, which made getting ready more of a hassle than it should have been. the air conditioning struggled, resulting in an uncomfortable warm environment at times.

Great Service and Pool Experience

During my stay, I was truly impressed by the staff's dedication to making my experience enjoyable. they were always ready to assist and provide smiles. The pool area was another highlight, not only spacious but also well-maintained with ample sunbeds available, perfect for lounging. I felt that the dining options could be improved, as some meals were repetitive and not as hot as I would prefer.

It was just a fine choice for an overnight stay in Faliraki with good price-value balance. The cleaning staff made sure the common areas were always tidy and presentable. Make sure to enjoy the bar area for refreshing drinks after a long day.
